All products have a minimum pack quantity, as shown in the website and in our catalogue. You can order less than this if you wish to trial an item, but if you do, you cannot specify colours or types from assorted packs and you may not receive a display box.

Most orders are dispatched the same working day they are received, so deliveries are usually within 2 working days within mainland UK, and more like a week or so throughout most of Europe. All parcel deliveries are fully tracked; once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification advising you of this and providing you with a tracking number.

No - there is no charge for delivery of back orders, and you will always be notified of a back order prior to it being despatched (in case you want to add to it or cancel it). If your backorder is less than £75 worth of goods, we will require additional items to be added to it to take it over this value in order for us to send it out (or alternatively we will simply send it out with your next order).

Yes absolutely. We will email you when the backorder items are back in stock and you can reply confirming any additions at that time. Alternatively, please give us a call with your additional items and we will be happy to help.  

Any item that is out of stock when you place an order should have a due date against it on your order confirmation and on your delivery note. You can check the up-to-date due date at any time on our website, and we will email you when the back order item/s are back in stock.  

Lead times vary depending on the product, but for more straightforward items this can be as quick as 2-3 weeks. For more complex, bespoke products, we can typically design and produce logo printed items in around 12 weeks. Please enquire about the specific product/products that you're interested in.

Prices depend upon a number of factors, including the design required, the number of print colours and the quantity required. We offer a professional service and competitive pricing - just get in touch with your requirements for a proposal.

For parcel deliveries in the UK and abroad we predominantly use DPD and DHL, based on the quality and reliability of their service.

If your order is sufficiently large, yes we may deliver to you on a pallet instead of as loose parcels. The delivery vehicle will always have a tail lift to facilitate delivery.

All parcel deliveries are tracked and you should receive a tracking number via email and automated email updates regarding the progress of your order. But please feel free to contact us at any time for an update.

Yes; we are often able to provide display stands free of charge when you order from a product range in sufficient quantity - as stated in our catalogue (unless you are a wholesaler buying at discounted rates, in which case our display stands are chargeable).

Our products often come in a variety of colours and styles. Normally the photo on the website/in the catalogue shows all the different colours/styles that the product comes in when you order a single pack. And normally there is an equal mix of the different colours/styles per pack.

Normally speaking we do not offer this; simply because it spoils other stock of the item. However, if you have a specific request, please do ask and we will see if we can accommodate it.

Yes often you can - as long as the order is definite and will not be cancelled/reduced. This is at our discretion though, and will depend upon current stock levels etc.
