- Favourite thing about my role: Seeing bespoke souvenir orders move from a client's idea right through to a great selling souvenir product which will always be a memento to a satisfied visitor of a great day out

- Favourite thing to do in my spare time: Building work, as I wanted to be a builder from my earliest years and this occupied the first ten years of my working life – it is very satisfying to see beautiful and useful things emerge from what sometimes just looks like dirt, dust and confusion!
